Hi, my name is Michelle and I am a yoga teacher who lives in Wallingford in Oxfordshire.

I run group yoga classes in Wallingford, Abingdon, Benson, Moulsford and 121 yoga in or around the Wallingford area.

My classes are inclusive, caring and mindful with the aim to get you out of your head and into your body while keeping a smile on your face.
