I open up the class 10 mins before the start time so please feel free to arrive early for your first session if you would like a little chat before getting started.
What To Bring / Wear:
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a jumper/ blanket/ warm layer for the relaxation at the end.
A bottle of water.
A Yoga Mat. If you don't have one and would like to borrow one for your first class please let me know in advance.
Class Etiquette: To enable all students to relax and to make sure that you are practicing in a safe environment there are just a few things I ask.
Please make sure your phone is turned off
Arrive in good time to start the class (please don’t be late)
Please try to avoid smoking before class as the smell of nicotine can be very off putting for students
